A. Yes. All products are purchased directly from authorized U.S. retailers. We do not sell replicas, knockoffs, or gray-market items.

Q. Do you ship to all areas in the Philippines?
A. We ship ONLY to Davao City, Philippines. Delivery will be managed by our local distributors within 5-7 business days or the items arriving to Davao City.

Q. How long does shipping take?
A. Standard shipping takes up to 60-90 days from the order date. We ship orders in consolidated monthly batches on a rotating two-three month cycle.

Q. Will I receive tracking information?
A. No, however you will get a confirmation that it is en route.

Q. Can I cancel or change my order?
You can change the order if the package is still not en route to Davao City, Philippines.

Q. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
A. Due to the international nature of our service, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Q. What happens if my item arrives damaged?
A. If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can review and assist. After 48 hours, we no longer accommodate any return requests.

Q. Are customs duties or taxes included?
A. No we will handle it, but if there are issues with Customs, the item will be returned to us and we will refund the money.
